Mochi-tsuki* and New Year Party (Richmond)

 January 8, 2006

Here we go again this year! The afternoon filled with laughter, energy, and of course, plenty of good food for everyone at the good old Kabuto South, Richmond. Two hundred fifty-nine (259) participants gathered around and enjoyed watching and challenging the traditional mochi-tsuki ritual and the fun-filled party. The climax is always the raffle time. A great way to celebrate the arrival of the new year!

Enjoying the feast. Everybodyís happy.

Fifty (50) volunteers staying very busy, which keep the steady flow of dishes to the tables.

We are very thankful to the many business organizations who support us generously. These sponsors made the event possible.

The owners of Kabuto South. Thank you always.
